Dog silhouette made of black seeds on yellow, mixed media

About this artwork

A seated dog with upright ears is outlined by thousands of tiny black seeds scattered on bright yellow paper, so the figure reads only through its dark edges. Each seed was placed by hand, with denser clusters along the back and head to suggest shadow and fur.
