Lonely figure walking across grey empty space, black and white speckled texture

About this artwork

A tiny black silhouette walks alone across a vast grey field, so small against the emptiness that the eye goes to it first. The grain was built up with speckled dark marks over a soft grey wash, and the long shadow stretching to the right anchors the figure to the ground.
