Wolf with open jaws in ink sketch, pen drawing

About this artwork

A wolf stares wide-eyed out of the page with its jaws open and teeth bared, the eyes pale and startled. Drawn with a fine pen in loose, scratchy hatching that thickens along the cheeks and the dark muzzle, leaving the paper bright around the ears.
