Red apple with shiny highlights, digital painting

About this artwork

A glossy red apple stands on its own cast shadow, with white highlight streaks catching light on its shoulder and top. Soft airbrushed gradients move from deep maroon in the shaded side to bright red on the curve, with the stem and star cavity drawn in fine brown strokes.
