Autumn tree growing out of a cardboard box, digital painting

About this artwork

A bushy tree with coral and peach foliage bursts out of an open cardboard box, turning a plain object into a little autumn world. The canopy is built from soft, dabbed digital brush strokes over a clean background, while the dark, scratchy trunk and the flat tan box sides keep the shapes simple and crisp.
