Watermelon slices with ice cubes and bubbles, digital painting

About this artwork

Two watermelon wedges fill the frame with glossy red flesh and dark seeds, while pale pink ice cubes and bubbles float on a lilac background. The thick, loose digital brushstrokes leave white highlights on the ice and soft shadows under each piece of fruit.
