Bearded man in turban writing with a quill, pencil sketch

About this artwork

A bearded man in a wrapped turban looks up from his writing, his gaze drifting away from the page as if mid-thought. Soft pencil shading in the beard and folds of the wide robe gives weight to the figure, while open lines keep the sleeves and table airy.
