Dark blob covered in tiny faces, black and beige pattern

About this artwork

Dozens of tiny faces and symbols crowd into a dark mound that spills into a smaller bump and a lone dot, as if a crowd is piling up. The shapes are cut from solid navy ink, leaving the white paper showing through as small marks, set against bands of pale pink.
