Chibi character with pink-tipped hair, digital doodle

About this artwork

A chibi character grins with big black eyes and blue cheek dots, while pink hair tips and a handwritten HIKARU! shout fill the page. Dark outlines are drawn digitally on white, with pink and orange added in quick strokes for hair and blush.
