Apple sketch with leaf shadow, pencil

About this artwork

A single apple sits on a saucer, its outline loose and quick, with dark strokes cutting across the upper body like shadow. The lines are drawn in a bold ink-black pen, and the faint pencil guidelines around the fruit show through as light grey hatching.
