Red rose painting, digital brush

About this artwork

Loose red blossom blooms out of a wash of green, its speckled petals catching the eye against the bare white paper. Built in digital brushwork with soft spatter texture, heavy black strokes for stems and thorns, and layered greens that fade into the white.
