Hello Kitty fan art, digital drawing

About this artwork

Hello Kitty stands with a big red bow on her head and a red flower in her paws, wearing a red polka-dot top and blue shorts. Thick black outlines and flat red, blue and white fills make the figure bold and crisp on the blank background.
