Older man in a cap, pencil sketch

About this artwork

A stern older man in a flat cap and collared shirt with a tie peers out from the page, his face turned slightly to one side. Built from loose pencil strokes, with darker hatching under the cap brim and along the jacket shoulders to give the figure weight.
