Portrait of a smiling man with mustache, pencil sketch

About this artwork

A half-closed, sly grin under a thick mustache gives this portrait its easy personality. Loose graphite hatching builds the shadowed hair and the textured jacket, while the face is left mostly light with a few firm contour lines.
