Blue pixel comet with orange fire trail

About this artwork

A glowing blue pixel comet streaks diagonally through a starry night, its head bright pale blue and its tail flaring into bands of yellow, orange and red. Built on a grid of square pixels with a limited palette, each shade placed block by block to make the fire feel like it is burning in its own light.
