Reptile eye close-up, graphite pencil sketch

About this artwork

A reptile's large golden-dark eye sits inside a ring of heavy shadow, with a jagged lid edge that looks like it is melting into the head. Soft graphite shading builds the scaly skin, while dark, crisp contour lines define the snout and the crease along the jaw.
