Black cat sitting, pencil drawing

About this artwork

A black cat sits turned slightly toward the viewer, its pale yellow-green eyes fixed on something off the page while the whiskers fan out. The fur is built from soft graphite strokes that leave the outline dark and the highlights on the ears and eyes bright.
